ANN ARBOR, MI — A few weeks after receiving her second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, Lisamarie Babik was excited to visit her fully vaccinated best friend who she’d only seen once in the past year due to the pandemic.
“I visited without masks and we just kept looking at each other and getting a little panicky because we didn’t have our masks on,” Babik said.
