This new Library facility is one of the finest Public Libraries in the State of Arkansas. Situated on a 15 acre wooded site, the building is cantilevered out over the steep hillside. Great care was taken during construction to maintain the natural, wooded setting. This gives the impression that Library patrons are in a tree house. Furthering this design, individual and group study rooms are suspended from the main reading room.

The facility features a multiple wing design with large window walls, composite panels, cantilevered reading rooms, and outdoor observation decks. The Library includes children’s area, teen area, large main reading room, media and computer area, meeting rooms, circulation desk, and staff and office areas.
