Betty White — the legendary actress, comedian, and fervent animal lover — would have turned 100 years old Monday. Her late December death has inspired a wave of local tributes, with several Philly venues hosting parties in her honor.

Animal protection organizations are also looking forward to the date, because of the #BettyWhiteChallenge. The nationwide campaign started by White’s fans encourages donations to and adoptions from shelters and rescues on her 100th birthday. Locally, ACCT Philly, the PSPCA, Morris Animal Refuge, and PAWS are all participating.

After you give, where can you celebrate? Golden Girl get-togethers are happening across the city, from an afternoon drag show to nighttime drinks and trivia.

We found three days of events in Philadelphia toasting the late, great Betty White. There’s very little overlap, so superfans could theoretically attend all of them. (If you hear of another, let us know so we can add it.)
