Four original Scrubs stars reunite for a picture together over a decade after the show concluded. Scrubs is a medical sitcom that focuses on the lives of those in Sacred Heart Hospital, as they navigate the world of medicine and friendships. Scrubs originally ran from 2001 to 2010 and features a leading cast including Zach Braff, Donald Faison, Christa Miller, Sarah Chalke, John C. McGinley, Ken Jenkins, Neil Flynn, Judy Reyes, Robert Maschio, and Sam Lloyd.

Per a post from McGinley, four Scrubs stars have reunited. The reunited cast include McGinley alongside former co-stars Braff, Chalke, and Miller. The photo stems from a pizza party that the quartet had with The Talk host Amanda Kloots.

McGinley’s post is simple, including a picture of himself, Braff, Chalke, and Miller alongside Kloots, smiling at the camera. He captioned his post with “...getting the band back together!

What Have These Scrubs Cast Members Been Up To Recently?

Now 64 years old, McGinley’s career has slowed down significantly since Scrubs. He has acted in several smaller profile movies, including Watercolor Postcards, Kid Cannabis, and Get a Job. He also played a role in the Jackie Robinson biopic 42 back in 2013, and a small role in the sports biography film Battle of the Sexes. In 2021, he appeared in four episodes of Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

On the other hand, there is Braff, whose career took off both during and after his time working on Scrubs. After Braff got to direct Scrubs, he made his directorial features debut with the well-reviewed comedy Garden State. Since then, Braff has gone on to direct several other films, which he often stars in as well. Most recently, Braff helmed the Florence Pugh-led drama A Good Person, which hit theaters to mixed reviews in 2023.

Scrubs stands as one of the greatest sitcoms, but, not every season is of the same quality. Here's a rundown of them all, ranked from worst to best

Chalke went on to have a reoccurring role in How I Met Your Mother and has gone on to voice a number of characters in the hit adult animated series Rick and Morty. She has also had other voice acting roles, including in the children’s series Dogs in Space. Miller’s recent work includes roles in Clone High and Shrinking.

Though the Scrubs cast may have wound up on starkly different career paths, it is good to see the team back together again. The rapport between the ensemble cast was a definitive part of the medical series. This fact makes it good to know that the Scrubs team is still getting along well after all these years.

Scrubs is currently available to stream on Hulu and Peacock.
