So when I arrived at the airport when I went to check in I was told my ticket was duplicated and I would not be able to board the plane. I was also told to expect a refund in 7-10 business days this is going on 2 months later and I’ve seen no type of refund I keep calling and keep getting told 7-10 more business days everytime. Till this day I’ve seen no refund and seems like a waste of time to keep calling

My wife and I went on a 4day Vegas trip. Using Allegiant. From Lexington flight to Vegas was booked. But the return trip the seats I paid for in in row 1for leg room. Had been given to someone else. My wife and I were put in row 5. We both had severe leg cramps at the end of our flight. And the generosity of Allegiant to refund less than half of my upgrade for the seats. This is what to expect with not even an we're sorry. Our Vegas trip uas to be a special event

Our flight was cancelled by Allegiant…

Our flight was cancelled by Allegiant on 3/14/24 due to weather. I received an email and in that email it said "If you take no action, Allegiant will automatically issue a FULL refund within 72 hours and email you a confirmation".
We didn't receive a full refund and we didn't get an email re the refund. Only the outgoing flight that was cancelled was reimbursed. If we can't leave, there is no way we are going to make the return flight and a full refund is a full refund. No email was sent regarding the refund and 72 hours has passed. My husband contacted customer service and they said they would refund the rest in 7-10 business days. Not sure why we didn't get the "full" refund within 72 hours like their email indicated.

some good, some bad

I've been on a total of four Allegiant flights, all from BLV to PIE back and forth. Three of the four were delayed by 2 hours.

Good communication of the delays. Good customer service by calling their phone #.

Pleasant crew doing their best, overworked it appeared to me. One poor gal at PIE was working the counter very hard - like a one armed paper hanger. She needed help for sure.

Seats are like metal on metal, no cushion. Let them assign your seats and save over $150. Yes, you get what you pay for... but I'll keep flying them.

Allegiant canceled my return flight…

Allegiant canceled my return flight home, they blamed it on bad weather 🤔 even though there were no reports of bad weather in the region I was traveling. Therefore they said I wasn’t entitled to any refund/credit. Even though a link, that was provided in the text informing me that flight was cancelled, said I would receive a refund. So think twice about choosing this airline!

The flight to where I wanted go went without issue. The flight back? What flight back? Oh you must be talking about the flight they kept delaying then ultimately canceled. Forget about calling them to get some kind of answer or update. I eventually had to spend another couple hundred dollars on another airline just so I could make it home before the following f*ckn'friday.. f*** allegiant

Nickled and dime to death.

Nickled and dime to death.

And Allegiant won't give me easy access to my boarding pass on my phone without downloading an app. They may be a cheap airlines, but they aren't worth the cost.

Flight cancelled 3.5 hours prior to boarding time.

A group of 5 of us planned on attending oldest daughters baby shower. A well-earned and deserved vacation was needed and now will not happen. Very disappointing. The unfortunate result is that I will not be able to attend a family event and will lose about 800 dollars in hotel fees, since 24 hours notice was required. Zero customer service. 200 Dollars compensation inadequate. Very disappointed. I attempted to use Allegiance once before about a year ago when a trip to Nashville was cancelled during Easter. Now I feel compelled to warn others. Pay the extra money on a reputable airline so your plans are not thwarted. Lesson learned the hard way.

Had a family death in my family and called customer service to get help with canceling a flight. Flight was due to depart in 3 days. Spoke with Austin with no regard to my issue. Finally was able to cancel with a voucher only later when try to use voucher the next day to use the voucher was told it expired. Long story, gave up on voucher booked another flight after debating this Paul Smith and Gary Morgan and threaten to sue. Allegiant has good pricing but doesn't care one bit about customers or posted policies.

Allegiant is actually horrible

Allegiant is actually horrible. I understand delays due to mechanical issues, but they offer ZERO customer service at the gate. The flight was delayed 3 times and the personnel left the gate for 2 hours without an explanation or update. Try to get a CSR Rep on the phone…… good luck. I would give Allegiant less than 1 star if that was possible. Avoid at all costs.

Allegiant was the last airline to…

Allegiant was the last airline to implement mask. There is absolutely no science to support mask wearing. In fact studies shown the don’t work in stopping viral spread. Masking people who are not sick is useless. I pay to fly and the government with our tax dollars subsidize airlines. So if doesn’t end I will not fly any longer and will be utilizing RV. Mask aren’t meant to ever be touched and you are supporting the spread of containment face coverings by doing this.

A dog crapped on us! Seriously.

Flying from Tampa to Portsmouth, a woman in our row took her cute dog out and had it on her lap. She ignored the stewardess telling her pets must remain in their bags, twice. The stewardess did nothing to insist on compliance. The dog had diarrhea all over the place, ruining my wife's tennis shoes and bag. I contacted Allegiant asking for reimbursement or vouchers. Agent Ben told me there would be no reimbursement or vouchers as Allegiant "has no control over the behavior of passengers."

I was shocked that there was zero attempt to try to make up for the worst flight we have been on in our 60+ years.

FAILING GRADE for customer support and customer relations.

Flights cancelled. No options.

Flight was cancelled with no explanation. Email message gave a website and phone number. Tried website first. After almost a dozen attempts to revise travel -- in which I made it past the payment option -- I only got error messages saying something unexpected occured. Next, I tried the phone number. It took more than 20 calls to the number before I was connected to the automated systems. I've now been on hold for almost 2 and a half hours.

Get what you pay for

We should all know that you get what you pay for and Allegiant Air is exactly that. They nickel and dime every add on that you'd like from luggage, seat selection, when you board and even bottled water. Their planes are refurbished older models with seats that are uncomfortable and don't recline. The ticketing staff is usually not the most pleasant (my experience only) and the flight crew are also not the best you will find in the air. HOWEVER, you do save a little money. You just need to decide if the constant delays, cancellations, poor service, uncomfortable seating, and overall poor experience is worth it for you.

Simply terrible and a disgrace how they treat their passengers. Had a 4:35 departure and the plane was there and ready to board us. However, another group of passengers had been delayed for 2 hours. They said they would do a simple plane switch and we would just have a 1 hour delay. This then turned into a 3 hour delay and then a 7 hour delay departing at 11:00 pm. Eventually, gave us $8 food vouchers good for 24 hours at a restaurant that had been closed for hours. Even the employees were embarrassed as how this was ran. Zero compensation for their complete lack of caring and mis-management. Stay far away.

It was Very good

First Overall, we flew from Indianapolis to Los Angeles. The woman named Alexis What is the working at the front counter? She was incredible. Not only did she check us in but she helped us with our baggage. We had a carry-on that had to be put under the plane. She didn’t charge us saved us $75.
