I started my career with this Allstate agency in 1999 and became the agency owner in July of 2021. During that time I had the privilege to work side-by-side with agency owners George Denniston (Allstate 1974-2010) and June Birrittella (Allstate 1980-2021). The knowledge and training I received from these experienced agents has placed me in a position to provide an exceptional level of knowledge and service to customers. You will have to ask how my degree in communications from SUNY Morrisville landed me a job as Insurance Agent, it is truly a great tale!

Family and quality time is very important to me. When I am not in the office you are likely to find me at a dance event with my daughter Elizabeth and husband Chris, hanging out with my son Andrew and his energetic cattle dog Nora, enjoying views of gorgeous sunsets from the dock of our family cottage on Seneca Lake, taking in one of the many amazing scenes or restaurants in the Finger Lakes region, or spending time with my sister-in-law/office manager Jo-Tina and her husband John (and her amazing cat Shadow, I will win her over with oodles of kitty treats).

As a life-long resident of Newark I personally know many of the families and business owners I serve. I am proud to be one of the many family run businesses in this community. I joined the Katie Pullen Agency in 2021 as its Office Manager. Katie likes to say she hand-picked me to come up and help her run the show. I have heard her tell customers I am her right and left hand at times. Before relocating to Newark I called Scranton, Pennsylvania home. (Yes! That electric city from that famous TV show! Ain’t No Party like a Scranton Party… cause a Scranton party don’t stop!!!! )

I have been visiting the Finger Lakes area to see my brother Chris and sister-in-law Katie (agency owner) for years. I am thrilled to finally call Newark HOME! I am joined on this amazing adventure by my husband John and Kitty fur babies. When I am not hard at work, you can find me relaxing with my husband, taking in all the fun at the Newark Farmers Market and enjoying local craft beverages with family. I am excited to meet all the wonderful folks who call Newark and the surrounding areas their home. I am ready to dive in headfirst to serve my new community and am excited to learn and grow here in Newark.

I attended Keystone College (‘06) and hold a bachelor’s degree in social work. My love of learning led me to continue my education at Penn State University (WE ARE!) and obtained certificates in Business Administration and Corporate Communications (‘18). Before joining the Katie Pullen Agency LLC, I worked as a Claims Analyst for national financial institution. My experience working with the the claims department helped me realize I wanted a position that allowed me to help protect customers before things went wrong. Working with customers sensitive information during trying times required each account to have my full attention. My dedication to constructing and organizing processes helped see customers satisfaction and peace of mind. I am proud of the services I help provide to not only to customers but my co-workers. As a Wayne County native, I’m excited to be a part of a team that holds serving our community as a top priority. After working in customer service for over 5 years, I joined this agency in 2017. I am a licensed representative that handles customer accounts, customer retention, and creating insurance proposals. My many years of customer service helped create a passion for doing right by others and built the determination to achieve the best possible outcome for customers.

After graduating from Nazareth College of Rochester in 2015, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications. I also attended Finger Lakes Community College to receive my associate degree in Graphic Design. Art and music are a huge part of my life. My work has been featured in student gallery exhibitions across Wayne and Ontario County. I’ve also had the privilege of leading large scale, successful marketing campaigns for numerous customers across the Finger Lakes region.

Cooking up new recipes, bringing ideas to life through design, or enjoying live music across New York State are places you’ll find me when I’m not in the office. I often try to immerse myself in new opportunities that offer different perspectives because I find it’s important to always keep an open mind.
