She once appeared on a RAW Legends Night episode in 2021. She also participated in the Royal Rumble 2021, where she won the 24/7 Championship in the middle of the Royal Rumble match. While she pinned R-Truth to win the title, Truth reclaimed the title immediately after pinning her.

Meanwhile, Alicia Fox was a part of Team Bella. After assisting Brie Bella in a match against Paige, Alicia Fox officially joined The Bella Twins to form Team Bella. The team worked together for a few months and most importantly, Alicia Fox competed in some great matches.
