Patients are seen by either Erin Ducharme, MD, FAAD, a board-certified dermatologist, board-certified Mohs surgeon and former President of the Iowa Dermatological Society, or Amy Eschweiler, PA-C, our board-certified physician assistant with over 20 years of dermatology experience.

• Short wait times for appointments. Dermatology has a reputation of multi-month wait times for an appointment; that is not the case at our clinic. We strive to minimize wait times by proactively offering last minute appointments to our waitlist and working in urgent cases as needed.

• Compassionate and experienced nurse team. Amanda, Angela, Anna, Carmen and Elma have deep dermatology expertise and can be relied on to listen to your concerns and guide you through the care process with compassion and excellence.

• Excellent communication. When you call during business hours, you can expect a human to answer the phone with our call answer rate over 90%. Unlike most healthcare providers, we don’t have an automated phone menu for you to navigate. We also provide easy access to our clinical and nurse team with HIPAA-secure messaging.

• Rapid issue resolution. Our administrative and clinical teams respond promptly to voicemails, messages and your requests and concerns.
