The VIP ticket with the Scavenger Hunt is worth it. Got to see so many things referenced in crime movies. Interesting rooms including old west, famous pirates, gangsters, serial killers, how to investigate a crime scene and looking for evidence. There is a lot of reading. Very interesting and fun.

This is why I drove 10 and a half hours. Worth every minute!!!! This particular museum is why we picked Pidgeon Forge as our vacation destination. It didn't disappoint us, in fact it was better than we expected. I get to see so many things in person that I have only saw in books. From historical items, old west, pirate, gangster, serial killer (my favorite), spree killers, and modern police officers items........... and way more than I can remember offhand, there is something interesting for everyone. We met a lady in the 9/11 area whose husband was killed that day. She said that the display and presentation was very tasteful and she found her husband's name on the memorial display. Our timing was completely terrible and we only had 2.5 hours to see the museum so I felt rushed. We WILL be back. I can't wait. 100% worth the trip.

This was one of our best bangs for our buck. Several displays, but you have to be interested in crime and serial killers. Several stories about well known criminals and interesting artifacts. There was a nice 9-11 display.
