Albert J. Pirro Jr., the husband of Jeanine F. Pirro, the Republican nominee for state attorney general, said in an interview published yesterday that he did not have an extramarital affair that figures in a federal investigation of Ms. Pirro. He also described himself as a lonely and frustrated political spouse who did not want his wife to run for office this year.
