My pool builder told me all equipment had 3 year warranty, so I contacted them to make a claim. I got no response, so in beginning of 2016 season, I escalated my warranty request to Air Supply, the manufacturer. To my surprise, they told me the blower only had a 1 year warranty.
I'm in Pennsylvania, and a 1 year warranty means you only have coverage for 4 months! That's our pool season. Given the hot tub is used only sporadically, this translates into maybe 15-20 hours of real use. Air Supply was not swayed by this logic and refused to good will anything. They offered to replace motor -- if I sent back motor, paid for new one and covered shipping both ways. They also offered to send me a new blower unit if I paid for it, as well as shipping. I could just as well buy a new one online -- there wasn't even any savings from the manufacturer.
DO NOT BUY A SILENCER BLOWER UNIT. Mine didn't even last through 24 HOURS worth of ACTUAL USE, and when it failed, the manufacturer REFUSED TO REPLACE IT. I tried sourcing a replacement motor, but it's made specifically for them, so you are a hostage for parts.
Bottom line, go with another brand. Spa blowers only push air (think of a vacuum cleaner running in reverse). The blower assembly contains a motor, which spins a fan, and pushes air through a pipe into spa or hot tub. Not much technology and nothing much to go wrong -- all you need is for the motor to run! My motor burned out -- and the housing was very rusty (see photo).
Air Supply claims their blower unit is the best, because it's supposedly quiet. It does have a rubber isolation between motor and housing that suppresses noise. But all this is marketing hype. If you are running your hot tub, the noise of the air bubbling through the jets is going to drown out any equipment noise. The noise from the spa blower is truly irrelevant, and the only thing you should be concerned about as a consumer is how long this thing will last (air flow is also important, but all brands will push out roughly the same CFM with comparable motor size).
A note to Air Supply: what good is your noise suppression when your motor burns out? I don't need noise isolation if your blower fails in under 30 hours of actual use!! You should make the blower with good motors, but if they fail, stand by your product!!!

I'll have to replace it. Haven't checked with the manufacturer as to warranty but guessing it isn't much.
