    Nj diet program works for me.
    I completed the NJ diet program and dropped 18 pounds, which for my build is equivalent to dropping 40 pounds for some people. I am so happy with my success, but what interests me the most is that I no longer feel the urge or desire to overeat. I want to express my gratitude to you and Marina for your assistance.

    It works but it ain't easy.
    I did lose 24 lbs. in about 6-7 weeks, but anyone can lose that much weight by eating trace amounts of fat and virtually no carbs. Even the fruit selections are low in sugar.

    However, the herbal supplements did help with my appetite. One year later, I gained back about 10 pounds. Never received the DNA thing information. Never sent in the daily report because I had no time to fill out their form.

    I did send a picture of the report from the scale but I was told that I needed to put that information on their form. Since I was losing weight, I never bothered. The recipes were awful.
