Following Aparna Thakur's assertion of being actor Ravi Kishan's wife and having a daughter with him, Ravi Kishan's wife Preeti Shukla lodged an FIR against her in Lucknow.
According to the latest Hindustan Times report, Ravi Kishan's wife Preeti Shukla has filed an FIR against Aparna Thakur at the Hazratganj police station. The complaint was lodged on Tuesday, April 17th.
As per the complaint, Preeti alleges that Aparna threatened her and demanded Rs.

20 crore, claiming connections with the underworld. Aparna allegedly threatened to frame Ravi Kishan in a fake rape case and harm the family if the demand wasn't met. When rebuffed, she held a press conference in Lucknow, making false accusations against the actor.

The portal obtained a copy of the FIR. When contacted, Kishan didn't answer but replied via text, stating, "I am busy with elections, will talk later."
It's noted that Thakur, reportedly married for 35 years, is wedded to Rajesh Soni and has a 27-year-old daughter and a 25-year-old son.

Aparna Thakur held a press conference asserting her marriage to the actor-turned-politician, stating it occurred almost 28 years ago and resulted in a daughter named Shenova. A circulating video features Shenova expressing intent to validate her mother's assertions given some time.

During the press conference, Aparna asserted, "My name is Aparna, and my daughter is the offspring of MP and actor Ravi Kishan, who denies paternity." She also expressed plans for legal recourse, stating, "I am also taking this matter to court."

According to Wikipedia, Ravi Kishan, known for his role in "Mission Raniganj," is married to Preeti Shukla since December 1993. They have a son and three daughters together. Riva Kishan, one of his daughters, made her film debut in "Sab Kushal Mangal" in 2020. Another daughter, Ishita Shukla, serves in the Indian defense forces.
