The spookiest month of the year is bringing a lot of content to Netflix to fit the Halloween vibe, along with new seasons of a popular horror series, an animated series based on a series of children’s books, a new rom-com TV series, and much more. Although many theaters around the world are now open, the coronavirus pandemic has forced most of them to rethink their plans and studios to reschedule their releases, including sending some movies to the world of streaming. As a result, streaming platforms continue to be the go-to source of entertainment for the audience, and Netflix still has a long list of content to share for months to come.
Last month saw the addition of the Back to the Future trilogy, the musical classic Grease, the comedies Pineapple Express and Not Another Teen Movie, and all seasons of the sitcom Sister-Sister. Netflix also welcomed a lot of original content, most notably the movies The Devil All The Time, Enola Holmes, the documentary The Social Dilemma, the drama movie Cuties, the sci-fi series Away, and the crime series Young Wallander. This month, the streaming giant will bring a variety of horror content for all ages, like House of 1000 Corpses and Paranorman, classics like Cape Fear, dramas like Her, and much more.
As for original content, Netflix users will get to enjoy the follow-up series to The Haunting of Hill House, a new season of the new version of the messy adventures of a young witch, a romance series starring Lily Collins, the second part of Unsolved Mysteries, and new seasons of different animated TV series.
