Boarding passes can be obtained by checking in online or at the airport.

There are a few ways to obtain a boarding pass for your JetBlue flight. The most convenient option is to check in for your flight online at JetBlue's website and print a boarding pass from home or your office. By checking in online, you can go directly to designated bag drop-off areas or, if you do not have checked luggage, directly to the gate once you arrive at the airport. Alternatively, you can obtain a boarding pass at the airport by checking in with a JetBlue agent or by using self-service kiosks.

Step 1

Go to JetBlue's website at least 24 hours before your flight's scheduled departure time and select the "Manage Your Flights" link. Online check-in is not available less than 90 minutes before your departure time. In these cases, obtain your boarding pass at the airport using self-service check-in kiosks or from a JetBlue agent.

Step 2

Enter the information requested on the JetBlue site, including your first and last name, confirmation number and departure city. Select your seat and the number of bags you intend to check. Confirm your check-in once you have entered all of the requested information by clicking on the "Check In" button.

Step 3

Print your boarding pass by selecting the box labeled "View Boarding Pass." This option will appear once you complete the check-in process.

Step 4

Take any checked bags to designated bag drop-off areas at the airport. Your bag-tag numbers will be printed on your boarding pass, which must be presented to the agent at the bag drop-off area. If you do not have checked luggage, go directly to the gate with your boarding pass.

Tip

You can reprint a boarding pass after you have checked in by going to JetBlue's website and clicking on "Manage Your Flights".

If using a self-service kiosk at the airport, you will be required to provide the same information as you would if checking in online. After printing your boarding pass, take any checked luggage to the bag drop-off area.
