US Air Force Class Six Store

Having traveled to NUMEROUS Air Force bases, I would have to say this is pretty low towards the bottom of the Class Six list.
It has a pretty poor beer and wine selection... virtually no selection at all... Liquor variety is just ok... Nothing special or fancy.
You would be far better off just going to the local Kroger on Watson for your beer or wine.

Mind you, I'm only comparing this store to other Air Force base Class Six stores, not any local stores, hence only the 2 stars.

This is a decent Class 6 if you compare it to Air Force bases that are similar in military population to Robins Air Force base. As Gary K., says, this Class Six is pretty low towards the bottom of the AF list but we have to put it in perspective since the size and selection is actually proportionate to the base population.

That being said, the Robins Class Six may not be huge and very diverse but it is a good "go-to" when you need that energy drink, sunflower seed package, or case of beer for the weekend.

This might very well be the best liquor store in the entire city for the sole reason that they are able to sell alcohol on Sundays. Unfortunately, a military ID is required to get on base to purchase the booze so a lot of folks are left pawing at the last two beers they have left in their fridge while they watch their football game. The selections here aren't the best, they do have a few good choices here and there, but the prices can't be beat. They've also got a fast food fried chicken place inside the store, if only they had porn too. Then you might have the mighty combo of porn, fried chicken, and beer. Oh yeah, kegs can be purchased here like everything else, on the cheap.

Been trying to order a keg for 10 days...I do it over the phone...sucks when you go up there as promised and no keg because they forgot. I can deal with it once but two times in a row? Really? They called me after I left this review and told me that they would make a special trip to get me a keg. Good on them....I've upped the review.
