Zeca Plastic Division is the latest addition to our manufacturing capabilities

Our extensive experience in the manufacturing of industrial hose reels and cable reels led us to embark on a new journey: the integration of the production process for the molding of plastic components, a strategic material for our sector

Zeca Plastic Division represents a step forward in our mission to satisfy the needs of a market constantly demanding high-quality products and flexibility of supply

With this new division, we are ready to face new challenges and emerging opportunities, renewing our dedication to innovation and excellence

OBJECTIVES

1. Optimize production times and reduce delivery times;
2. Actively contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions, by way of reducing road transport;
3. Guarantee total control over the quality of our components, reducing the risk of non-compliances to a minimum. This is vital in an industry where product safety and reliability are paramount;
4. Offer greater flexibility in designing customized products, meeting our customers’ specific needs;
5. Optimize the use of raw materials, adopting a policy of 100% recovery and reintroduction of production scraps. This allows us to reduce waste to a minimum and contribute to an increasingly sustainable approach to the production cycle;

INVESTMENTS

Zeca Plastic Division covers an area of 2000 square meters

  • a centralized drying & distribustion system for raw materials
  • 3 mixers
  • 8 granulators

Drying and distribution system for raw materials

In addition to the presses, we set up the upstream drying of the raw materials thanks to a centralized system.
