The awesome city by the beautiful lake!! From the many Swans swimming around to the snow covered mountains in the background-great pictures are everywhere. Jump on the ferry for an ever better view of the lake and surroundings.

Beautiful spacious gallery. The permanent collection is extensive and engaging. We visited on a second day to spend time at the current engrossing Hodler exhibition. A significant feature is the gallery’s research to verify the provenance of all donations in order to ensure that none of the exhibits were looted during the Nazi persecution.

Ok my German is bad so this is in English.
I have been twice to your zoo and yes I am impressed by the size, beauty and the facilities for the animals. It is well laid out and thoughtful towards the animals needs and I am giving you points for the knowledge and work gone into the whole facility.
However I have a complaint about the humans. More specifically the amount of children that are allowed to be running around squeaking and acting like animals themselves and causing more stress and not learning. I am not going to try to tell you your business but the fact that you have placed play areas in almost every corner and also there seems to be no singular children's area to keep them in. It takes the whole experience down because of the constant yelling and pushing.
With facilities like this would it not be better to restrict the amount of child groups entering and Also children with adults could also be restricted to a certain age because I don't think that any child under the age of 3 is going to understand what an elephant truly is unless it is painted blue and wearing a tshirt and waving alphabet letters at them.
I am not the person who has seemed to have mentioned this but you do not seem to be taking any notice so here is a review from someone outside the country who is visiting yours.

View is exciting, you need to pay 2 francs to get up there, on belvedere, there are restaurants and hotel, it’s better to go there in the evening. you should buy 24h ticket for that zone and then use train to get there.

A centre piece and hub of Zurich. Was a saving grace over New Years when not much else in the city was open. A good reference point for all travel around the city

This is the must-see of the city. Here you view the city across the river. The buildings, the river, the lake all under your eyes.

Super cool and unique church that dominates part of the Zurich city skyline. It was closed when I was there unfortunately so I was only able to see the exterior
