Ideguchi leaves Celtic for Vissel Kobe

Yosuke Ideguchi has left Celtic Park to join J League side Vissel Kobe on a permanent deal.

The midfielder had spent most of this year on loan at fellow Japanese club Avispa Fukuoka, after being unable to make an impact at Celtic.

The 27-year-old was signed at the same time as fellow countrymen Daizen Maeda and Reo Hatate in December 2021.

But Ideguchi made just one start for the Parkhead side, against Alloa Athletic in the Scottish Cup, and made three substitute appearances in the league.
