A little background: I went out with my friends on Friday night and got very drunk and had a sensitive stomach throughout the weekend. I also had anal sex with a guy on Saturday night and he had a big dick (8"). On Monday I woke up with an upset stomach which has gotten better now (it's Thursday, Jan 26 today), but I still have pain in my anus.
There's been this constant pain since Monday and it hurts even more when I poop, and after I'm done pooping, it feels like I need to poop more even though nothing comes out. There isn't any lump around my anus, no bleeding or discharge, there's just constant pain. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?
