Well put together documentary on Paul & Linda's relationship and their time in Wings up to the band's demise in 1980. Paul reminisces in an interview along with lots of archive footage and photos. The interviewer is his daughter Mary, and the director is her then husband, so there's nothing very critical, but it does mean they have access to lots of personal films and photos, some of which I hadn't seen before. So for a McCartney/Wings fan this is great.

One of the finest documentary films that explores Paul McCartney's first decade of marriage to Linda Eastman following the dissolution of the Beatles and the formation of Wings that would be very popular in the 1970s as well as why it ended in 1980 when Paul got arrested for possession of marijuana in Japan.

Recently I've begun exploring Paul McCartney's solo music and I've been pleasantly surprised at what I've discovered. So far I've spent quite a bit of time with McCartney and Ram, and now I'm trying to get to grips with Wild Life (yeah, I don't think that one's going to click).
This official documentary film provides an overview of a decade of Paul's musical releases after The Beatles, both by himself and with Wings until they broke up around 1980. As a Paul and Linda documentary it’s pretty good, but as a wings documentary it’s a big rough. I think Paul forgets that McCartney and Ram aren’t wings albums and songs like another day and maybe I’m amazed aren’t wings songs (like they are on an album called WINGS GREATEST and the WINGSPAN compilation) and he barely even mentions Denny Laine in this, like the guy who stuck with them all 10 years of wings and all 6 lineup changes and the guy who worked with you throughout 81-83 when wings was done.
But the footage is fukn great. Always great seeing cool wings footage and there was even some Get Back footage that wasn’t in the Peter jackson or MLH film. Anyways get Wings in the rock and roll hall of fame fr
