Actor Wilson Cruz turned 45 this week and to celebrate he shared a very thirsty photo of himself with his 50K Instagram followers.
Dressed in a pair of tight swim trunks and, well, nothing else, the openly gay Star Trek actor wrote: “45 and…”
We’re parched!
Cruz followed that up with a second post, writing: “Surrounded by love!”

For his birthday, Cruz is asking people to consider donating to Amnesty International. He even started a Facebook fundraiser called Wilson’s fundraiser for Amnesty International USA.
In the description for the fundraiser, he writes:
As fortunate as I have been this year, my heart and spirit have been crushed by the inhumanity shown to those who are merely attempting to save their own lives by seeking asylum in our country. It has brought such shame to our nation and an embarrassment to the U.S. around the world. WE ARE BETTER THAN THIS! This is NOT who we are.
For my birthday, will you please join me in this fundraiser for Amnesty International USA. I’d like to reach my $4500 goal, but let’s aim HIGHER!
I would consider it a personal gift to me and it would bring me immeasurable joy in the new year.
So far, he has raised about $2,500 of his $4,500 goal.

Another thing I notice. Mature men who want to have ripped bodies of a twenty-something usually sacrifice it in their face. Having those ripped abs is very nice but having a healthy body fat level is more important at that age if you want to keep looking youthful in the face.
