It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Maxwell Howell Jr. (Orlando, Florida), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on September 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Senator William Maxwell Howell, Sr. and Lula Agnes Gray Howell; and his son William Maxwell Howell III. He is survived by : his wife Ferne Adair Howell; his daughter Lori Howell Bly (Martin); his granddaughter Hayley Bly Morgan (William); his sister Patricia Howell Tate (Jon); his nephew Jon; his grandsons, David Howell Perkins and Grant Howell Perkins; and his great grandchildren, Maxwell and William Perkins.
