Has anyone gotten the covid vaccine after myocarditis?
Has anyone gotten the covid vaccine after Myocarditis? If so, what was your experience, did it cause any heart problems for you?
I want to get the vaccine to see if it will help with my long covid symptoms (chest/back pain, and muscle spasms) but most cardiologists and GPs tell me not to because of having myocarditis from covid.

same with my pericarditis
My cardiologists tell me to not get the vaccine because I was diagnosed with covid myocarditis in the past.

Do you get chest pain in the left, center, or right of your chest? And how are you sure the chest pain is not due to long covid?
Yes, destroyed every artery and vein in my body and damaged my brain. Not joking. Tread very carefully. Can't shower, sit, stand, walk, eat, or wear clothes after. Your choice. Avoid it at all cost in my opinion. Review the science and lessen to non-mainstream researchers thoroughly, and be aware of the massive corruption in major medical journals! The shots are going to be halted worldwide very soon. I think it's likely the worse thing you could do for your long-covid is a 'vaccine'. Avoid Moderna at all costs. Pfizer is extremely bad!! Look at my experience, but potentially less bad, by smidgens. Novavax, would be better, but you have to do serious research. I almost died, four times, from arrhythmias that could have led to cardiac arrest, minutes after the shot, and days and weeks later. I was in Hosptial for two weeks, got no help. Have ridden in 7 ambulances.
What exactly did you have
Myo/peri post first shot. Second shot not much difference. Pfizer third shot. Decimation. Docs bungled me. Pretty acutely terminal now. Systemic endothelial dysfunction. Dilated arteries. Demyelination of brain. Scarring of arteries. Dysautonomia. Compromised swallowing. Destroyed immune system.
I'm sorry about what happened to you. What I hate about the healthcare system is that there's no accountability. Pharmaceutical companies and doctors routinely kill patients, and they're let off with just an oops, not my fault.
thank you.
However, it was our sicknesses that He Himself bore,
And our pains that He carried;
Yet we ourselves assumed that He had been afflicted,
Struck down by God, and humiliated.
5 But He was [c]pierced for our offenses,
He was crushed for our wrongdoings;
The punishment for our [d]well-being was laid upon Him,
And by His wounds we are healed.
6 All of us, like sheep, have gone astray,
Each of us has turned to his own way;
But the Lord has caused the wrongdoing of us all
To [e]fall on Him.
Wow, sorry to hear all this! Did you get official scams/tests to confirm all of these issues? I’m asking as I have only gotten cardiac MRI
To each their own, but not worth the risk in my opinion

You had myocarditis and you want to get the vaccine ? Sounds like a death wish to me .
Probably because his myocarditis was covid induced and the vaccine may make symptoms less severe if he catches covid again. Some people get myo from the vax some from covid.
The vaccine is pure poison. It ruined my life
I hope you’re able to get a full recovery. It’s so odd how some people are fine and the vax injures others. Keep your head up because many people in Hr VaxLongHaul sub have recovered from their injuries.
I had all three vaccines, then got Covid about a year ago. It was horrible but I didn’t have to go to hospital or anything. Five weeks later, got Myo, which the consultant told me had been caused by Covid. My doctor recommended i had my booster last autumn and I was absolutely fine.
Unless the vaccine caused your Myo, then you should definitely have it. The risk of getting Myocarditis from Covid is way, way higher than getting it from the vaccine.
Thanks, which vaccine did you get and did the booster help with your long covid symptoms? I'm thinking of getting novavax, what do you think?

I had all three vaccines with no issues, played football etc. Then four months later I caught covid and that resulted in Myo. I know others feel differently but I genuinely believe having the vaccines significantly reduced how severe my covid was. I (and my doctors) also think my Myo would have likely been more severe without them.
Eight months on with a full recovery I couldn’t decide whether to have the new bivalent vaccine. I decided to go for it in December 22 and it’s caused me absolutely no problems whatsoever.
There are some here who got Myo from the vaccine who have very different stories. However for me and many others it’s the virus itself that causes the issue and not the vaccine. Myocarditis was around a long time before the vaccine
How did they catch your covid myocarditis? And which vaccine did you get?
Elevated Troponin and abnormal ECG at the same time as a positive covid test. I tested positive for 14 days in a row whilst in hospital!
I’ve had 3x Pfizer and 1 x Moderna
Didn't they give you an antiviral while in the hospital?
Did they tell you what was abnormal about your ECG?
I'm guessing you're a below 30s male like me?
I’m just over 30, no antivirals as my covid was actually very mild other than my chest pains.
I had an inverted T wave in one of the leads.
My MRI 6 weeks later was all clear and showed no inflammation/damage

I got myocarditis after the vaccine, but mine was ruled as idiopathic, and it was very severe. I was advised by both my cardiologists to not get any boosters.
Why was it classified as severe?
The level of inflammation was severe, my troponin was extremely high.
How long after you started feeling chest pain did your troponin get tested, what medicine did you take for myocarditis, and are you fully recovered now?
I had chest pain and immediately went to the emergency room, and that’s how I found out. My troponin was 2400, and I started metoprolol. I had an MRI with contrast done back in November 2022 and it showed no damage to my heart anymore, no scarring and no thickening. I do have palpitations though, and continue to use metoprolol. I requested another MRI be done in May at my 6 month check up.
You can’t be serious
