Bob Majorino, CEO and Owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty, is a Southern California native whose business career began with the IBM Corporation in the Field Engineering, Education and Management Divisions. He became a professional Realtor in 1978 and opened his own company in Thousand Oaks within 24 months of being licensed, which has since then, grown to 4 offices throughout Ventura County with over 200 agents. Today, Bob remains an integral part of the company, implementing and standing by its core values of superior quality, integrity, and trust coupled with the highest level of service to both clients and agents.

Sharan Schefrin hails from England and has chosen the Conejo Valley as her home. Sharan’s management background in luxury retail spans over 20 years, including LVMH and Burberry. Lilly is a graduate of Parsons School of Design in NYC. She has extensive branding and marketing experience, having worked with Disney, Fox Network TV, Blizzard Entertainment, Spelling Entertainment, Capitol Records, Panasonic, Hallmark, and Mattel, to name a few. She is an Emmy-winning designer for her advertising work in the television industry.

With more than 20 years of experience, Lilly prides herself on being an excellent communicator. “A design that is attractive without content and depth is just a pretty piece of art, not a marketing piece.” Her goal is to market your property effectively so that it stands out and can secure our desired outcome!

Linda Kay

Linda Kay joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty in July 2002. She relishes the opportunity of making a difference in the careers and success of the Realtors at the firm. Linda also enjoys meeting with new licensees and experienced agents to discuss the culture, education, tools and support that are an integral part of the company’s business model, in order to help identify those professionals who she believes would thrive in the company’s professional environment. Prior to joining Prudential, Linda spent 5 ½ years with Fred Sands Realtors as Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities, having overall responsibility for 400 employees and 25 offices. As VP of Facilities, Linda oversaw the property management functions and telecommunications for all locations and coordinated all new construction and remodels. As VP of Human Resources, Linda coordinated company-wide employee and management reviews and counseling, adherence to wage and hour law and benefits administration. Before joining Fred Sands Realtors, Linda worked at Jon Douglas Realtors for 9 ½ years in various corporate capacities including Sales Development Administrator, Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services Manager. During her tenure with Jon Douglas, Linda administered such projects as the Indemnity Waiver Plan, management contracts and training programs. A native of Los Angeles, Linda Kay went to Holy Family High School in Glendale. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and worked in several technology-oriented companies as office manager, sales coordinator, technical writer and operations manager. Linda crafts in her spare time, and has traveled extensively.

A native of Southern California, Lora has been a local licensed Realtor since 1987! A consistent Top Producer with her partner Michael Radonic, Lora has worked for Conejo Valley’s leading real estate companies including Jon Douglas Company, Prudential California Realty and currently Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Realty. Not only has Lora been a consistent producer, she is also the companies Education Director developing and implementing a successful and comprehensive program for new licensees for over 28 years. This benefit carries over to her knowledge of every aspect of the business, not only helping her students, but buyers and sellers she works with. Lora carries the designation of Certified Career Development Specialist, CCDS. In her spare time Lora enjoys the wonderful benefits of living in Ventura County including hiking, kayaking, and playing with her French Bulldog Henry.

He is no stranger to wearing many hats and changing gears at the drop of one of those hats. Well-rounded and very positive, Jason is armed with a gregarious sense of humor, enjoys a challenge, and cultivates a visionary mindset. His goal-oriented mentality has driven Jason to many personal successes, most fondly, his black belt in Taekwondo, being undefeated as a former full-contact kickboxer, and pursuing growth in Wing Chun Kung Fu since 2016. A small-town farm boy at heart, Jason lists communication, tenacity, and passionate self-discipline as his strengths and considers himself a servant leader who is ready to help and contribute.
