Finally, customize the patch in our free Design Maker. Choose from thousands of free design elements like clipart and text, and pick up to 6 thread colors. How much do custom patches cost?

Custom patches cost $7.75. This price doesn’t include digitization and shipping. Digitization is a mandatory process where we transform your artwork into an embroidery machine-friendly format. It costs $3.95 for text-only designs and $6.50 for all others. Each design needs to be digitized once—you can re-use the same design later at no extra charge.

Absolutely! When applied correctly, custom iron-on patches can last for years. However, their longevity depends on wear, washing, and the type of fabric they’re attached to. Proper application and care will prolong their life.

How do I attach my custom patch to fabric?

You can attach the custom patches to clothing or other items using safety pins, sewing, or ironing them on. To use the iron-on method, follow these steps: 1. Choose a sturdy item for your patch, preferably denim or cotton 2. Lay the base material on a flat, heat-proof surface 3. Set the iron to a high, steam-free setting that your fabric can handle 4. Pre-iron the chosen patch area 5. Place the patch on the fabric 6. Cover the patch with a thin cloth 7. Press the iron over the cloth-covered patch for 25 seconds and then another 25 on the backside 8. Let the patch cool 9. Test the patch’s edges—if it’s not secure, repeat ironing For extra durability, sew the patch edges to the fabric.

Can you wash iron-on patches?

Yes. To increase the patch’s lifespan, handwash it with cold water. Use the washing machine only when necessary.

Can I attach embroidered patches to any material?
