Star of The Real Housewives of New York City, Tinsley Mortimer is officially engaged to longtime boyfriend Scott Kluth. The emotional blonde can now throw herself into planning the wedding of her dreams. There is no doubt Tinsley will be a beautiful bride and her mother Dale, can now get off her back about when she will be getting married.
Mortimer and Kluth have had an on again off again relationship for the past four years that has also been documented on the Bravo show. After Mortimer's previous marriage to Topper Mortimer from 2002 to 2010. The last fans heard from the Palm Springs, Florida native she had said that her dating life with Kluth was problematical as she was ready for a commitment and he was all too happy to take it slow. Fans watched as he showered her with expensive gifts, including a luxury car and designer outfits. As season 11 came to an end, fans watched as Mortimer became more and more miserable with her fair-weather boyfriend and the uncertainty of their future, leading to a final break up only after the socialite researched how to freeze her eggs.
As fate would have it The Real Housewives of New York City’s Mortimer was proposed to last weekend. E! reported that on Sunday, November 24th, Kluth got down on one knee to ask the reality star to be his wife. The businessman proposed in his home city of Chicago on the steps of the Chicago Water Tower. During the sweet moment, the two love birds were surrounded by Christmas carolers in the picture-perfect moment that left Mortimer speechless. A bystander caught the moment in a video as the housewife covered her face in shock and then gave her fiancé a kiss on the cheek. Only last week Mortimer was on her Instagram to gush about how great Kluth had been to her. She shared pictures of the two packing on the PDA in public and captioned the social media posts as the “best weekend ever!!!!” When the New York City housewife had arrived in the windy city Kluth was at the airport holding a sign that welcomed her to his home. Now that the two are officially engaged fans assume Mortimer will look to become a full-time resident of Illinois as Chicago is where her husband-to-be's company, Coupon Cabin, is based.
Even though the last couple of years had been draining for both Kluth and Mortimer with the long-distance affair the two only recently announced that they had gotten back together. Fan’s hearts broke during the last season as viewers watched Mortimer struggle to find love and support. But now that Kluth has snatched her out of her single nightmare fans are more than excited to find out if their wedding will be filmed for the next season of The Real Housewives of New York City.
