The Diamond Lake Resort started out back in the 1920s as a small fishing lodge, known only to a select few locals and the occasional out-of-state visitor, however, this beautiful resort has come a long way in the last 80 years. Today, the Diamond Lake Resort is a full-service family resort providing year-round leisure, luxury, and live entertainment to make your Crater Lake, Oregon vacation one to remember.

To protect your privacy, Diamond Lake Resort does not offer daily housekeeping in any of the units, however, fresh towels are delivered daily and vacuuming and trash will be picked up upon request. Bed linens are changed after the 3rd night.

The North Lakeshore Double Decker Cabins is a condo-style cabin with two separate living quarters stacked one on top of another. These cabins are located near the north end of the lake and offer private baths and comfortable accommodations. These accommodations will sleep up to six people in two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Additionally, there is a rollaway in the living room. Parking is located on the second level, the lower level is accessible by approximately ten steps. There is a 2-night minimum for cabin reservations.

501 Retreat Cabin - 7 Bedrooms - 5 Kings, 3 Queens & 2 Twin/Double Bunk Beds
The Retreat Cabin has beautiful lake views, 7 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. There are five king-sized beds, three queen beds, and two twin/double bunk beds. This 3 story cedar and knotty pine cabin will comfortably sleep up to 20 people. The first floor consists of a full bathroom with a roll-in shower, a family room with a foosball table and sectional couch, as well as both a queen-size and twin-size sofa sleeper and a 55" television and fireplace. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen and a wet bar located on the first floor. This cabin is ADA Accessible. There is a 2-night minimum for cabin reservations.

Reservation Policy
A deposit for the first night's stay is collected at the time of purchase.
501 Retreat Cabin Deposit Policy: A deposit of one-half the total reservation fee is due at the time of making the reservation. The balance of the reservation and 1% state tax is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be guaranteed by a non-refundable deposit of the full amount of the reservation and cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $25.00 processing fee. If the reservation is within 10 days of your stay the entire deposit is forfeited. Winter holiday reservations are subject to a 30-day cancellation notice.
501 Retreat Cabin Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted with a minimum of 30 days' notice and a $50.00 service fee. Cancellations without 30 days' notice forfeit all deposits, fees, and taxes paid. Once original reservations are made, the number of days reserved may NOT be charged.

Other Policies
Pets Policy:
Pets are welcome in most of our rental units. A $10.00 per day, per pet fee will be added to your reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times on Diamond Lake property. Pets may not be left unattended at any time. A $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for failing to register and pay for pets. Additional fees may be charged for damages and cleaning. No pets are allowed in the Retreat or the Jacuzzi suite.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy for the motel rooms each guest age 18 or over is an additional $3.00 per night. Cabin rates are not based on the number of people there will be no additional charge per person. Prices do not include lodging tax and resort fee prices may change without notice. Please note there is an additional $10.00 non-refundable resort fee per night per room. All rooms and all buildings are non-smoking, anyone smoking outside must be at least 10 ft from any buildings. Rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per night, room restrictions may apply. Pack N Plays are available at no additional charge but are very limited and only allowed in the cabins.
