Livorno City Center to Ferry Port for 7:30

Hello,

I’ve been searching and searching and can’t find an answer if it is possible to walk from Livorno City center to catch either Corsica ferries or Moby ferries to Bastia for 7:30/8 AM sailing? Google maps shows 30 minute walk around which I wouldn’t fancy doing at 6 AM. Does anyone know if it’s possible to walk to ferry port from Old town?
