Roc Nation, the entertainment company Jay-Z founded 11 years ago, has gotten too big for its headquarters at 1411 Broadway in the Garment District.
The firm is moving soon into a larger space at 540 W. 26th St. and looking to sublease the top two floors at 1411 Broadway through August 2024.
“It’s a very big, growing company,” CBRE’s Sam Mann told me.
Roc Nation’s clients include Kanye West, Rihanna, Meek Mill, Mariah Carey and Demi Lovato, but not Jay-Z’s wife, Beyoncé, who is repped by both CAA and ICM and records for Columbia. Roc Nation Sports, founded in 2013, reps Saquon Barkley, Robinson Cano and CC Sabathia.
