What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Orcutt

All kinds of restaurants and shops are all around me, very nice area, have a community pool and work out room, overall great

Elevators, water storage, power surge generators. Open space for exercising. Excellent club house facilities. Nice size pool.

My neighborhood is relatively quite compared to some areas I have lived in the past it is nice having a park nearby

This neighborhood is fairly quiet and easy to walk around also good for pets and kids. It also has a good home value.

To the park. We enjoy having fun there and meeting new people. I'm so happy we get to do fun stuff like we go hiking and camping.
