All of the food was room temperature, with average taste. The best thing I ate was the strawberry shortcake. I have been here several times for dinner, that's a much better guest experience with a great setting on the water! The brunch is not worth it.

I took my girlfriend for her birthday and the entire experience and ambience was phenomenal. Live music was great and lively and the food was outstanding. Definitely would come back here!

The Deck has a beautiful setting on the water. Sunday nights are busy with a good looking crowd Vibing with a live DJ playing underground house music. The food is good but the venue definitely lacks great customer service which is pretty standard in miami.

This was our second time at The Deck. We made reservations a week in advance but upon arrival were told our table is not ready. We waited 45 minutes and when we were finally seated the hostess took up all the way at the end of the deck to the table tucked behind everything. We were felt extremely insulted. She said they don’t have any tables available. We refused to have less than expected experience. Finally she offered us a table near the bar where all night we were elbowed bystanders. It’s a great spot, with good food and fun ambiance, but not much consideration for their guest. They think people will just take anything and be grateful. Miami has way too many great spots, if they continue with this pace they will lose guests

What an amazing ambience and view . You are welcomed with such pleasant wait staff . Service is top tier and the view of yachts are a special touch . The food is fresh and good . Unfortunately for me my husband is allergic to shellfish so there was a lot of food he couldn’t eat. I enjoyed myself and the drinks are very refreshing and good. Would definitely go back with my girlfriends.

Order a seafood platter large one. Entertaining guess! The shrimp were soggy the platter was very disappointing due to the quality of food I'm not sure if I will go back. Highly unfortunate because used to be my favorite restaurant. Thanks Fred Koury. 216-832-7637

My experience here was a 1st date with my guy! He told me he felt it was the best place to take me and the kids for dinner; however, he wanted me to give my own opinion afterwards! I must say, Everything about this place was amazingly beautiful! The ambience and the scenery was incredible! The service was top tier! From The valet crew, the ladies checking you in for your reservation, my waitress Gaga! Delightful and attentive! She offered great hospitality and her recommendations were a hit! The fire dancer, the music, saxophone player, drumbeat guy, and finally but not last: the guys who brought our food and cleared our table, everyone were very friendly, polite and very attentive to my table! Made us feel like we were the only ones there! Definitely 10 star recommended!

Enjoyed our time; however, due to the weather we were wet until the staff finally close the roof. The manager made it better by passing out sparklers for everyone at the restaurant which then turned the night around. Our waiter was attentive and helpful! The food was cold, but they brought it back warm quickly. Awesome night and awesome people!

My first time visiting but definitely won’t be the last. Beautiful setting at a marina. Had a DJ playing house/electronic music. The service was great and the food was excellent! I had the grilled octopus as an appetizer while my spouse had the surf and turf carpaccio. We both had the branzino for our main. The food was delicious!

The setting is lovely- large yachts were blocking the view to the bay. Service was late ia rriving due to shift change that needs to be smoothed out. Food was good and not great given pricing.

After having a great experience coming in 2022, I decided to book for a group of 10 girls during our trip to Miami. When we arrived for our reservation at 8:15 PM, we were told after ordering drinks that it would take over 30 minutes to receive our drinks since it was a busy night. I then spoke with the GM about how this was frustrating and he said he would do something about it. He never came back to the table. We received our drinks 45 minutes after ordering. Our food came out and we then waited another hour for our second round of drinks. We spoke with our server about how frustrating this was and we requested some sort of a free drink to compensate. The GM delivered us a “shot” for the group which was really just cocktail juice and felt like a complete mockery after all we went through. He also did not apologize whatsoever for the terrible experience (he actually didn’t say anything when he delivered the “shots”). While we’re sitting around waiting for 2 rounds of drinks, we were watching our server cater to different groups who she knew were probably going to be a “high spenders”. This was probably the worst service I’ve ever received while dining out and I will never be going back which is a real bummer. 2 drinks in a total of 2.5 hours and management that doesn’t feel they need to provide a good experience. I never write reviews but I’d like to prevent others from having a similar experience. Book somewhere else!

I went to the Deck for the first time and I had a pretty good experience. When we got there, we had to wait about 20-30 minutes after our reservation time for our table to be ready. However, the bartenders were nice enough to give us complimentary tequila shots while we waited. The food was good, although my meal did not come the way that I asked for it to be cooked. The waitress was kind enough to take it off of my check. The place was very lively and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. I would come again

The Deck is a great special occasion restaurant. This place is beautiful, right on the water on Watson Island. The view of the Miami skyline and the water is beautiful! It is definitely Instagrammable! The food is good, the service was super friendly and helpful, and the drinks are pretty amazing! They have a dj playing and fire dancer. So it becomes an experience. A little pricey but overall worth it!

Not a great experience. The salads and entrees were delivered at the same time so the whole dinner felt rushed. Server seemed inexperienced and was surprised when she came over and saw it happened. But she didn’t apologize or try to offer a free desert or anything to even try to make it right. Food was good, but she was terrible. If you want to impress people then don’t go here….this could happen to you…
