Awful unfriendly staff

3 staff members I dealt with went from indifferent to downright rude. Unmotivated, and certainly not customer friendly. No wonder people shop online

Absolutely shocking customer service by a person named 'Paul' on Sunday 10th October. Rude, arrogant, aggressive and unhelpful behaviour. I have reported the incident to Head Office, due to its severity. I will be using Newbury from now on.

Very bad customer service even in the phone, staff are not interested to listen the problem . Worst staff in store only nice staff we found is dan i think his name is Daniel(dan) maybe he is manager or something like that. He is so humble , kind and helpful.

Needed 6 things for DIY 5 mins before closing time. One of the members of staff helped me get everything in time. My wife was very happy, but it meant I had no more excuses!
