The film captures the naive optimism of an elderly couple as they attempt to survive a nuclear apocalypse and the grim reality of the world they find themselves in. When the wind blows is a film that provides a good moral, but the pacing can be slow at times which makes it extremely hard to find the art this film is providing. Either way, this is a great film to watch, despite it sounding boring. I also like the humor.
