Nicki Minaj delays 'Roman Reloaded'

Nicki Minaj delays new album 'Roman Reloaded' release

Nicki Minaj's sophomore album is pushed back to April.

The release of Nicki Minaj's sophomore album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded has been delayed.

The record was due to hit stores in the UK on February 13 and in the US on February 14, but it has now been pushed back by two months as the rapper works on more material.

"New Album Date: April 3rd. Pink Friday: ROMAN RELOADED. But have no fear. Tons of surprises before then ;). Love Always, HB," Minaj wrote on Twitter.

Speaking of Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, Minaj recently said: "I had to go back and reassess and I realised that my Barbz missed mixtape Nicki - crazy Nicki - and so Roman basically escaped out of Moscow.

"I really didn't have fun recording Pink Friday, but I'm having fun recording Roman Reloaded. I'm really letting loose and I'm not over-thinking things anymore and I'm just being in the moment."

She has also promised that more alter egos will appear on the album, in addition to Roman Zolanski.
