- Brett S2 contributionsMy wife and I always love to get some local history when we travel, and Wil & Liz were the perfect pair to deliver !! They provided us with a detailed, yet entertaining experience all while walking around the beautiful parts of historical St Thomas. ….in addition, they provided us great local knowledge, including places to eat and things to do During our stay.
Communications through email were timely and complete, and they were very flexible with a date and time to complete our tour. Their passion about the local FACTUAL history in St Thomas and the USVI is evident, so much that our 2.5 hour tour ended up being much longer….and was absolutely incredible.
If you are looking for a good way to spend a morning in Charlotte Amalie other than shopping….I would highly suggest you add this tour to your itinerary. The historical trust has found 2 absolute professionals to lead this tour !!!!Written February 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Great if you like jewellery and upscale shopping but not for me unfortunately.Written March 22, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Connie WClarksville, TN28 contributionsThe last time we were there the walkway wasn't the greatest from downtown to the marina area. They have upgraded it along with the area around the marina. It is so much nicer now.Written July 7, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- David SMiddlesbrough, UK1,751 contributionsVery pleasant aspect relatively close to the cruise port. My wife and I stopped off for a break and to use the free WiFi when in the area. Very close to the waterfront and to Main Street.Written March 22, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Janet L130 contributionsAn important place for understanding the history of the US Virgin Islands. Literally, one walks through spaces where life and death decisions were made. While I was there, a special exhibit about indigenous people was also available.Written March 6, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - De Tour con LuluYauco, Puerto Rico21 contributionsThis church was built at the end of the 18th century and was the first church on the island of St. Thomas. It suffered several damages after the passage of Hurricane Maria (2017) and they are restoring the damage, but they continue to serve next to it. I invite you to visit the place and take pictures of this historic building.
My experience here was very short but the architecture outside the building was pretty. If you want to see the video of my experience here you can go to my youtube channel (De Tour con Lulú) and watch the full experience to see if this place is right for your trip.

Worth a visit, it is cheaper than products on the cruise liners, but there are similar shops selling in the area, so I would suggest shopping around for the best price.Written November 2, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - abcjjlEasley, SC1,620 contributionsConvenient to Crown Bay where the RCCL ships dock. We only docked for half of a day so this was the best beach option for us. Chairs are available for rent. You can purchase drinks at the nearby hotel bar. Not the best beach in St.Thomas but it is good if you are pressed for time.Written May 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
