I really enjoyed my trip. The trees, plants, and flowers were gorgeous. The gardens had lots of variety. Bring good shoes because you will want to see everything and it’s lots of walking. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Very worth a trip to visit if you haven’t been before.

It just never disappoints . My trip to Alaska got canceled , 3 days into being stucked in a boat , so I came to Victoria . Always good choice . City is very pedestrian friendly , view is always incredible , food is good and blooming flowers smell amazing.

This is an amazing one hour hike with awesome views inspiring views of the coastline. The trail is well marked with plenty of benches for resting, sitting and picnics

We never miss a visit to Beacon Hill park when we are in Victoria. It’s a great place to walk about and also encounter peacocks, ducks, owls and lots of squirrels.

Spring time is beautiful with all of the flowers and trees blossoming.

You can connect to the beach and walk and explore for some time if you want.

Amazing. Normally my mum doesn’t like museums, but this one definitely scratched her back. She was so glad she went. The
photography section was incredible, a must see. Great learning more about the First Nations.

    5*. Amazing immersive museum.

Our tour not listed. We did the deepest one with rappelles and a load of messy wiggling
Good fun but energetic and not for the fat boys
Our guide, Chloe, was very competent and good fun.
Only problem was slight unannounced change in start time

Had a great tour with Ryan, the architecture and history of building was brought to life. The forty or so minute tour really makes you appreciate the effort it took to get the building built, but at the same time recognizes that it was built at a different time, using different labour laws and taking advantage of a native family. The free tour is worth every moment. The gift shop is also well priced and has some good food offerings. Learn some history, learn about democracy, enjoy the grounds and restaurant!

This is a beautiful castle with a ton of history. You walk up 4 levels of stairs and each level has rooms that are part of history. This is a self guided tour a d the garden in front is beautiful. Nice place to visit and spend 2 hours or so. The castle is about 15 minutes drive from the main harbor.

Long Beach is famous for its long stretches of sandy beaches, dramatic shoreline, and powerful surf. It's a popular spot for surfing, beachcombing, and taking in beautiful sunsets. Visitors can stroll along the sandy shores, watch the crashing waves, and enjoy the coastal scenery.

Beautiful beach. Great to walk when the tides out. Eagle souring adds a great dimension to the environment. Be aware of the tide schedule as it is a large change.

Fisherman’s Wharf is just another great part of Victoria to check out. Lots of restaurants to choose from. I’d love to see the area on a weekend when there would be many more people and businesses open. It was a quiet Wednesday when I was at FW, we enjoyed the views and uniqueness of the area. I know we’ll be back!!

this is a place where you can relax after a long term stress. you can breathe out all your stress pain and anxiety. Here, only you and the ocean before your eyes are real, Everything else doesn’t matter at all. It’s been a month since I have taken a break from my classes, works, and the only chance I have got, didn’t even think twice to have a long drive of 300km, just to visit this beach, and after a long, hectic journey I have made it here and it was worth it. Perfect place if you consider walking around, relaxing, surfing, sunbathing.

This is the first tim who I have been and The forest is so big and the wildlife is so dense. There used to be fewer bears, but now the population has increased considerably. The scenery is always splendid and so is the welcome.

Highly highly recommend this place! We went as a family of four with two young kids and had such an amazing time. It’s great for all ages. My kids were entertained as many booths were interactive with buttons to press, and my husband and I were just in awe of how spectacular the displays are.

It was educational and you see history unfold as you walk past the booths and see what life looked like in different eras. Then there’s the fantasy / fairy tale sections that were just amazing and worth geeking out on.

Many places you go once and call it good with no plans of returning to make time for other touristy spots to visit next time to come back - this wasn’t one of those for us. We fully plan on coming back and taking friends and family with us when we return to Victoria. We can’t wait! This place is a big YES to visit!
