28 Times Chris Hemsworth Showed Off His Workouts on Instagram
From weights to biking on the beach, there's no workout the Extraction star won't try.
By now, you're probably very familiar with Chris Hemsworth's (ahem) body of work. When Thor hit theaters in 2011, audiences were first acquainted with the Extraction actor's six-pack and god-like biceps in their full glory. Later, those arms and abs would make appearances in films like Bad Times at the El Royale and several of the MCU's Thor follow-ups and the Avengers series.
Naturally, Hemsworth's sculpted frame requires hard work, and lots of it. His Instagram account shows off some of the effort he puts into achieving superhero-like proportions.
