I have been coming to the shop for over 20 years. the installer Danny does very good work he is the only reason why I've been coming back. I deal with him one on one. I have been doing cash deals over the years thousands of dollars for the service and installation. stop by last week to make an appointment to have an alarm installed in my wife's new car. Danny quoted me $550 I've known Paul for 25 years I noticed his daughter would appear out of nowhere when I was in the showroom the last time I had any interaction with her I paid her $1150 cash for 7" touchscreen installed in my SUV you would think I've earned the respect from Paul not upset at all, but I will take my money elsewhere FYI 3105v viper Amazon 97.94 another guy I know for 30 years install the same alarm same features.for $350

Over charged me. Also, had tons of problems with my stereo they installed, had to go back 5 times. Paul the owner is a scam artist and has poor customer service. Danny is the exact opposite, he's very helpful. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you want to pay $550 for a $100 sub.

Paul has been my mechanic for years and he's always been straight and honest with me and had taken good care of my car since I went to him as my mechanic.

Inspection and the fix all took less than a hour and cost much less than many other places. Danny was very fast and respectful

These guys are amazing. Being a single girl shopping for a better audio system for my car can be tricky.... I researched , read all the good reviews, and went there. Danny took the best care of me. Answered all my questions, did great work for a reasonable price. He was in communication with me the entire process and I couldn't be happier with my system! I can't recommend these guys more ! They do great work , are honest, and the customer service is phenomenal . I will be going back for whatever I need next!

You guys need to hit this place up any electronic need sound dashcam the home D hooked up my dash cam and back up camera no problem did a hella good job coming to him for any sound or electronic need from now on!!!!

I had them install and hardwire a dash cam into my new Jeep. They did good work, were friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. I'd come back for sure.

I have known Danny & Paul for so many years now because that's where I got my stereo and alarm system for my car.I keep coming back there if I have problems with my systems
Recently Danny just installed Bluetooth modules on my two cars and he did an excellent job.Keep up the good work Danny.I salute you.

Very impressed!! I wanted to get a new CD player installed in my old Mercedes to replace the (non-working) existing unit. The gentleman I spoke to said, as there are some features specific to the Mercedes, I should buy a used working MB replacement unit, and they would install it. I bought a CD player on e-bay and took it in to New Wave on a Saturday. A couple of hours later, the installer called me, and said the CD player I bought did not work. Frustrated, I authorized him to remove it, and assured him I would pay the charge we has agreed on.
He called me a couple of hours later, said he had taken apart my original CD player, and fixed it! I could (and did) pick it up shortly.
That type of customer service is unusual right now, and they will have my thanks, and my business, in the future.
