The City of Frankfort proclaimed July 30,2019 as Rob Bales Day. Rob was an officer with the Frankfort Police Department for many years until his retirement in 2019. He dedicated his life to serving Frankfort and showed the community that even when life throws you challenges, you have to make the best of it.
