How to Contact PlayStation Customer Service?

PlayStation offers customer support through their help center, phone, online live chat, and social media. The help center has standard information about the various games, hardware, subscriptions, connectivity, account and security, and payments and refunds. It also has a search option for easy access to relevant information.

On the PlayStation support page, there are two live chat links. One is an online assistant to help reset your password and recover your account while the other is a refund assistant to help with making refund claims for content you had previously purchased.

Both have a bot assistant that attempts to resolve the issue before linking you with a chat agent if necessary. If your account was suspended or deleted and you would like to reinstate it, PlayStation provides an online request form that you fill and submit.

The PlayStation contact us page offers a range of customer service categories. You are required to choose the most relevant category and you will be led through a few more categorization steps to help determine the best solution. The lady was nice took all my information even seen that the charges didn't come from any card I use to purchase items on PlayStation even she said that the situation didn't look like my fault every card I used the chargeback didn't come from my account IDK if someone else used my system and did it, or I have been hacked, but I'm Innocent an PlayStation fan will be I just hope PlayStation understands that I don't have anything to do with the situation a get my account back up a running without any problems I never had an issue like this before with PlayStation, so I hope they see that I'm a loyal an honest customer as I show below these are all the cards I ever used, and I have no chargebacks on any of them like the customer trot said my cards wasn't the one that disputed the charges and I don't know who could have done it, and I'm very disappointed, but I do have a lock on my account so only I can get into my account please PlayStation I'm begging to recover my account it's so important to me

I love PlayStation i have been loyal to it i have even got a couple of my friends to but a PlayStation but what has happened recently with my account being stolen is a real bummer i have had the acc sense 2019 and put a lot of money in it and i really want the account back cuz playing video games is one of my really good ways of dealing wit stress and all this stuff about my acc has made me really stressed lately and sad so i need help to get jt back
