They have been taking money every so many months without my permission last year I joined POF and I used the credit card at that time I only made POF
I used a credit card over a year ago and just found out today that they been recharging me every few months.I just paid the card off a few months ago and surprise to see p.o.f .on my statement

the Inbox shows how many have messaged me, Sometimes I have to go to Message sent beside Inbox and sometimes I find my messages but a whole lot of other times I can't find it My messages just don't line up with the person and most often all different peoples messages are scrambled under my message and I don't know who said what?

I remain locked out of my POF account. Despite requesting a reset I have not received one so remain unable to access it. I explained that I can't remember which email address I opened my account with but I think it was Jane.lewis2@***.net as that was the last email address I received communication from POF before downloading the app and accessing on my mobile. One of my favorite fellas can’t get back on the POF site.
The fella hasnt been able to get back on the POF site since about the second week of February. He cant even get the site to come up with google or any other search engine. I really miss chatting with him, so I hope that you can resolve this matter.

Cancelation of subscription

Trouble logging into my account

I'm a woman, did nothing, was polite when I shouldn't have been and my profile was removed with only a vague explanation referring to the guidelines. Not helpful!
Especially when I didn't do anything. And the app glitches and I get messages that I can't reply to, or only to some. It has caused problems for being able to meet guys I'm interested in.
What the heck?! How is this a dating site if it doesn't work properly?!
