2 oz	Patrón Silver
2 oz	Pineapple Juice
.75 oz	Lemon Juice
.25 oz	Demerara Syrup
.5 oz	Blue Citrónge
+	Pineapple ring for garnish
+	Orange peel for garnish
+	Pineapple leaf for garnish
60 ml	Patrón Silver
60 ml	Pineapple Juice
22.5 ml	Lemon Juice
7.5 ml	Demerara Syrup
15 ml	Blue Citrónge
+	Pineapple ring for garnish
+	Orange peel for garnish
+	Pineapple leaf for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously.
Pour unstrained into glass.
Garnish with a pineapple ring, orange peel, and leaf.

*Blue Citrónge:
Add 3 drops of blue food coloring to .25 oz Citrónge.
