Alaskan Bush People fans have learned that Noah Brown is no longer living on the family homestead with his wife and young son. Instead, Noah has joined a few other siblings. His relatives have also decided to leave their mountain home for cushier accommodations.

Fans may recall that, back in August 2020, the entire family was forced off the mountain in the season finale, because their alpine retreat was burning down. The wildfire made national news, as Okanogan County, Washington burned for days. Sadly, in February, Billy Brown passed away at the age of 68, after having a seizure. The wolf pack was saddened, but honored their patriarch Billy by sharing memories, talking about how he had chased his dream, and made his love of nature a joy for all around him.

Why Did Noah Leave the Homestead?

Noah decided to explain to his Instagram followers why he is no longer living at Brown Town, like his father had hoped that all his children would do. He took to his account, posting a longer caption than fans were used to seeing. He wanted to set the record straight. According to the reality star, he and his wife Rhain moved because of the hardships that they endured after the wildfire, rather than issues with the family. Noah explained that the move had nothing to do with the drama between him and his Alaskan Bush People siblings, but added that they had lost almost all their possessions during the Palmer Mountain wildfire. Therefore, they decided to start renting a house.

The 28-year-old shared a photo of the trees around his old hearth, and wrote that he was going to set the record straight, so fans would stop speculating. The father of one revealed that the mountain and North Star Ranch would always be their home; however, they had to leave for a little bit. Under the picture he posted, he wrote, “Rhain and I personally lost everything in the Palmer mountain wildfire; so we are in a rental house until we can rebuild what we lost." The couple thanked their followers for their prayers and well wishes during the difficult time. Although the couple is usually quiet on social media, the Alaskan Bush People stars announced that they were expecting their second child on the platform, and welcomed Adam in October 2021. They already have a three-year-old son named Elijah.

The entire Brown family has dealt with plenty of drama over the last year. Matt Brown revealed that his parents got him hooked on cocaine with the help of production, and he also shared that the show was a farce. Meanwhile, Bear Brown once again broke up with Raiven Adams, after a whirlwind and troubled relationship. Naturally, Alaskan Bush People fans have kept up with the drama through season 14.
