You may cancel your Private Theatre Rentals in advance of the event by selecting “Request a Refund” from the receipt email. It is not possible to reschedule your Private Theatre Rental, but after you request a refund you can book a new Private Theatre Rental.

No, outside food and drinks are not permitted. AMC goes far beyond classic concessions like popcorn and fountain drinks to give you an absolutely appetizing experience. We're always innovating and exploring new ways to bring the best food and drinks to our theatres.

What can I expect if celebrating a birthday with a Private Theatre Rental?
We will scan your group ticket once your complete party arrives. If you anticipate a late guest arrival, please ask a manager for assistance.
Your theatre will be cleaned and you will be able to enter the auditorium 15 minutes prior to your movie’s start time. Generally audiences may have 15-20 minutes after the show to gather belongings but should exit soon after the show ends to allow the theatre teams proper time to clean for the next showing.

Some party favor items are allowed to help you celebrate your special occasion such as glasses, decorative head bands or items that make for easy cleanup. To limit facility damage and to allow staff ample time to clean auditorium between showtimes we do not allow balloons, confetti, anything that affixes to walls or chairs. If you aren't sure if your party favors or decorations are allowed please ask a manager prior to your arrival.
