"Jump Around" is a song by American hip hop group House of Pain, produced by DJ Muggs of Cypress Hill, who has also covered the song, and was released in May 1992 as the first single from their debut album, House of Pain (1992). The song became a hit, reaching number three in the United States. A 1993 re-release of the song in the United Kingdom, where the initial release had been a minor hit, peaked at number eight. It was featured at position 580 on Q Magazine's "1001 Best Songs Ever", number 24 on VH1's "100 Greatest Songs of the 90s", number 66 on VH1's "100 Greatest Songs of Hip Hop", number 325 on Blender's "500 Greatest Songs Since You Were Born" and number 47 on NME's "100 Best Songs Of The 1990s". The song is popular among dancehall DJs and is widely regarded in the United Kingdom as a club classic.

"Outta My System" is a song by American rapper Bow Wow. It's the second and final single off his fifth studio album The Price of Fame. It features rapper T-Pain and singer Johntá Austin. The original next single was supposed to be "I'm a Flirt" but was cancelled in favor of "Outta My System", that the fact that R. Kelly was preoccupied on the charts with Snoop Dogg's "That's That Shit" and Young Jeezy's "Go Getta" led to it being delayed. The song peaked at number 22 on the Billboard Hot 100, his eighth top 40 hit and T-Pain's sixth top 40 hit on that chart. It also peaked at number 2 and 12 on the Hot Rap Songs and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts respectively and number 7 in New Zealand. The video premiered on Valentine's Day on BET's Access Granted.

"Don't Matter" is a reggae fusion–R&B song by American singer Akon from his second studio album, Konvicted (2006). The song was released as the album's third single in January 2007. In April of that year, it became Akon's second U.S. number-one single. "Don't Matter" was ranked number 31 on Rolling Stone's list of the 100 Best Songs of 2007. "Big Girls Don't Cry" deviates from the hip hop and urban music of Fergie's previous singles and opts for a more simplistic pop ballad sound that incorporates acoustic elements. It features credits from about thirty instrumentalists, many of which play the violins, violas and celli on the track. Lyrically, the song talks about moving on from the pain of a breakup.

"Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin')" is a song by American rapper T-Pain featuring fellow American rapper Yung Joc. Produced by T-Pain himself, It was released on February 20, 2007 as the lead single from his second studio album, Epiphany.

"Makes Me Wonder" is a song by American pop rock band Maroon 5. It was released on March 27, 2007, as the first single from their second studio album, It Won't Be Soon Before Long (2007). Upon its release, the song set a record for the biggest jump to number-one in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, rising from number 64 to number one. "Apologize" is a song written by Ryan Tedder, which first appeared on Timbaland's second studio album Shock Value. "No One" is a song recorded by American singer-songwriter Alicia Keys for her third studio album As I Am (2007). "Low" is the debut single by American rapper and singer Flo Rida featuring fellow American rapper and singer T-Pain, from the former's debut studio album Mail on Sunday and also featured on the soundtrack to the 2008 film Step Up 2: The Streets. An official remix was made which also features Pitbull. The song peaked at number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.

Brown, John Conte Jr., David Ballard and Brandon Melanchon and produced by Christopher "Deep" Henderson. Both Jamie Foxx and T-Pain use the Auto-Tune effect. T-Pain also uses some elements from "I Luv Your Girl" by The-Dream.
