When it's this damn likeable and just wants to simply please you, with the added joy of just seeing so many high quality working class actors together in a big British film, it's impossible not to like.

Set to a series of fairly naff jokes that limp, like one of its has-been wrestlers, at most towards a mild chuckle born mainly out of goodwill for a distractingly odd cast.

Such ridiculousness should be funny, but it's not, possibly because the world it's lampooning was so laughable in the first place. Best entertainment in the world? This isn't even the best entertainment in Marsden.
