@verizonfios My service was supposed to be reconnected yesterday, and it wasn’t. Then after 1.3 hours calling your support yesterday, I was assured it would be reconnected this morning at 8.30am. We’ve been trying to resolve this all day! Appalling customer service

@RealBrianWatt We have power despite trees being down and blocking roads. Very lucky. Say what you will (myself included) about @verizonfios we’re good to go. But then again my box is about 30 feet from the house so.... 👨💻👍

@verizonfios vacation suspend. Scheduled reconnect was yesterday, didn’t happen. We’ve been on the phone with your support all day: 2hr wait times, calls being dropped by your ‘professionals’. Your online chat doesn’t work, and fb messenger help was a dead-end. I unbelievable incompetence

Hey @verizonfios . There are much bigger problems in the world but I have been waiting two weeks for Fios installation, my tech did not come this morning, and I just got a text that my appt has been moved to Sunday. I’ve been on hold for an hour. What is going on?
