I found out my 2018 Giulia Q4 has a very low cooling line. I wonder if it means it was leaking. Or this is normal? If it is leaking where should I check?

Mine is holding at the min line - I posted a week or so ago that I appeared to be down a little from between the lines, but there is a little trapped in nooks and crannies and air bubbles play a role as well. I didn't immediately check it when I bought it, and it was a little low (not as low as yours...) - that's when I filled it to between the min/max lines. I have no signs of a leak at the moment.

How long has it been like this? Recent development?

Yes,I did check it. It was a little bit down the min line. It was about two months ago. Right now I found it become very low
