Matt T Predictable as can be. Everything about this movie is well below average... The plot sucks and is predictable. Acting is awful. Dialogue and screenplay feels like it was hackjob by some interns. Don't waste your precious time on this like I did. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/22/23 Full Review roy h there's not a single aspect of this film that is good. Screenplay, dialogue, music, plot, acting are all appalling. Don't waste your time... Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/21/23 Full Review KK This feels like another one of the Nic Cage movies he HAD to do in order to pay back debt. As difficult as it is to get a movie made, it's unfathomable how this one made it past the pitch - clumsy, acting is cheesy and just bad. I don't even think it made a b grade movie level - Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 10/21/23 Full Review S. J Worst Nicolas Cage film I have ever seen. Villains portrayed as almost cartoonish. I would give my left arm to avoid seeing this film again. Screenplay was poorly written, nonsensical and quite frankly a waste of energy. I skipped to the end just to see how it ended... I was as expected, disappointed. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/20/23 Full Review Fred B Dreadful! Story was poorly written, a lot of it unbelievable and the acting by all characters was bad. I kept watching in the hope that it would improve, but sadly it only got worse. I wasted an hour and a half of my life! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/17/23 Full Review Ted B Incredibly low brow violence porn with a plot like wet sawdust. someone needs to rub the directors nose in this and send him to bed with no dinner. Michael Rechtshaffen Los Angeles Times Any hope of prestige is dashed by the heavy-handed, clich-ridden direction of former stuntman Johnny Martin and his star's detached portrayal of a guy whose mind is permanently elsewhere. Sep 15, 2017 Full Review Al Hoff Pittsburgh City Paper Vengeance doesn't deliver even the fun of a nutty Cage performance, so viewers are stuck with a predictable plot, terrible dialogue and flat acting. Dec 18, 2017 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue By now, Nicolas Cage can practically sleepwalk through these types of generic vigilante roles. Sep 16, 2017 Full Review Brian Orndorf Blu-ray.com If one is only interested in watching poorly coiffed, dentally challenged fiends receive their just deserts, there are worse options out there, with most of them also starring Nicolas Cage.
